We know you have been waiting patiently for the survey and we thank everyone for your patience. We have been working behind the scenes 24/7 on the packaging, production of Pixy Mini, and logistics to ensure everyone receives their rewards as soon as possible.
Our BackerKit survey is ready! We have sent a smoke test yesterday and ensured that everything is setup correctly. We will begin sending the survey to all our backers by the time this update goes live. Please look for an email from BackerKit in your Inbox or junk mail.
Please fill out your survey before 30th November to ensure we can get Pixy Mini to your door step as soon as possible. Backers that completed the survey after 30th November might face some delays in shipping.

If you are new to BackerKit, we have got you covered. We have created a simple guide on how to use BackerKit to manage your pledge. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions about managing your pledge and our support team will assist you.

Shipping
Futurizta has opted for a premium logistics partner and covered part of the costs of shipping ourselves to ensure smooth and quick shipping process at a reasonable shipping price for all our backers. We will also handle the custom and duty processes so you do not have to worry or pay tax/duty/custom VAT for most countries.
Please note that we are still finding logistic solutions for a small number of remote countries. If your selected country is not supported or incurs a high shipping fee, please reach out to us via Kickstarter DMs and our support team will assist you further.
Pixy Mini will begin shipping on 4th December and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. We understand that shipping time may take longer but as Pixy Mini contains a lithium battery, it would have to pass through additional regulatory inspection processes by customs before entering your country. For countries with strict lithium battery restrictions, shipping may take up to 20-30 days as we have to use sea shipping.

Pixy Go offers a compact magnetic wireless solution where you just want to pack light and go fast. To keep Pixy Go incredibly thin, it designed to only have 1 Type C output/input port which not only allows 20W PD fast charging and 18W PD input through cable and also makes it future-proof. The Pixy Go is not to be considered a direct upgrade of Pixy Mini rather it is designed for situations where you just want to snap on a portable charging solution for a short day's out. Now with both Pixy Mini and Pixy Go, you will have every situation covered! Pixy Mini as an ultra compact backup solution for all your devices and Pixy Go as a snap & go companion for a short day's outing!

Pixy Go is actually only $10 more than Pixy Mini as Pixy Mini's Kickstarter price is $49 whereas Pixy Go 5k is $59. If you pledged for the super early bird Single pack ($29), the cost for Pixy Go will only be $49 ($29+$20). We did this to allow our backers to get their desired product while retaining their early bird discount.
You may upgrade as many Pixy Mini to Pixy Go according to your pledge tier.
For example, if you pledged for the Pixy Mini Double Pack, you can only upgrade 2 Pixy Mini to Pixy Go.
