How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee per unit will cost from $7 to $14 depending on your location/country. The final shipping fee will be finalized after the campaign. Please note that the shipping fee will increase based on the purchased units. E.g., Family Pack will cost around $15-$25.
For remote countries, the shipping fee might go up to $50 as only express shipping services such as FedEx/DHL/TNT can ship it.

What is the shipping duration?
We will use Air Shipping for all our shipments. The shipping duration range from 7- 20 business days depending on your country/location. Backers can also pay extra for express shipping and receive it in 5-7 business days.
Shipping might take longer for remote countries or countries with strict lithium battery restrictions.

Can you ship anywhere in the world?
We can ship to most major countries in the world! Due to the lithium batteries restrictions placed on air shipping, we are currently unable to ship to Indonesia,South America, South Africa, Hawaii, Alaska , Ukraine and other remote or island countries. Feel free to message us on Kickstarter to confirm if air shipping of lithium battery is available to your country. We’ve partnered with a top-tier fulfillment company and we are confident to deliver our product to you on time! Mass production is expected to finish around the end of November and we will start shipping the product as soon as possible. The delivery time is set to December as a buffer in case of any unexpected obstacles or hiccups.

How are you planning to deliver by Christmas?
We have finalized our Pixy Mini’s mould, PCB and materials. All we need now is your support to Kickstart the production! Once we hit our funding goal, we will pay the manufacturer immediately so they can start the production. This way our backers do not have to wait for the long production after the campaign. We are expecting to finish the production around Mid-November and we will start shipping as soon as possible once we received the funding from Kickstarter. (Kickstarter only disburse the fund 14 days after the campaign ends)

Can Pixy Mini charge my laptop?
Pixy Mini can only charge low-powered USB-C Ultrabooks like Macbook Air M1, Surface Go, Chromebook, Samsung Galaxy Book. It cannot support high-powered devices like Macbook Pro, Dell XPS or any other USB-C laptop requiring a minimum wattage over 20W.

Pixy Mini typical Operating Temperature and Efficiency.
Pixy Mini typical operate around room temperature (25-30 degree Celsius). While fast-charging at maximum output (20W), the maximum surface temperature is around 28-41 degrees Celsius. Its built-in smart NTC temperature monitor will turn off the power bank when it is placed at an abnormal temperature. (Above 50 degrees Celcius or below -10 degree Celsius)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
